Thrust Area -1	Improvement of community infrastructure facilities. Goals :- 1-  Sustainably improved small & medium community infrastructure facilities - 9.1,9.2 2-  Uplifted community infrastructure and economy of the isolated & underserved villages - 9.1, 9.3, 9.4.
Thrust Area -2	Small and micro entrepreneurship development. Goals :- 1-  Improved skill of entrepreneurship - 8.3 2-  Encouraged women participation in entrepreneurship - 5.4, 8.5, 10.2 3-  Improved accessibility to micro financing and livelihood programmes - 9.3 4-  Improved accessibility of marketing - 9.3
Thrust Area -3	Strengthening rural development societies (RDSs) and women rural development societies (WRDSs). Goals :- 1-  Economically sound RDSs & WRDSs actively participated in rural development processes - 10.2 2-  Improved capital assets of RDSs & WRDSs - 1.4
